Miami Beach: My Way!
2018 has definitely been the year of travel for me, and with it coming to a close tonight, I decided to take a quick trip to Miami this past weekend with two of my very best friends. Aside from the city’s mention in all of my favorite PartyNextDoor songs, Miami is the epicenter of the country when it comes to beach style and fitness. This aside, I also think Miami beach is one of the best places to set aside your insecurities. Everyone is in the sand bearing it all, so I used this weekend as the opportunity to express myself and my fashion in it’s truest form.
Aside form the thrifted nude tank top, I purchased the pants and longline cardigan from Forever 21 (Women’s section). If you know me you know I don’t discriminate when it comes to clothing. Everything is unisex and fair game if it’s fierce and well fitted.
For this look I decided to go with a monochromatic vibes that compliment my newfound Miami tan. The beige and nude color palette fit perfectly with the sand scenery, and because this outfit is so loose and flowy, I was able to keep cool while walking along the beach, and also able to stay warm in the evening when the sun started to retreat.
