Skin Deep: How to Banish Those Acne Scars!
Lately I've been glowing a little more than usual and I'm excited to share with you all the reason why! The lovely team over at Banish Acne Scars decided to send me one of their Banish starter kits to help combat my acne scars and hyper-pigmentation. I will let the results speak for themselves!
As you can see, after a few weeks some of the dark marks on my cheeks have faded considerably. Things you may not be able to notice are that my pores are slightly smaller and my skin is more supple and soft to the touch. Personally what has been the most beneficial for me out of the kit is the Banisher which acts as a dermaroller and the Banish Oil serum.

Now I know what you are all wondering... how does it work?
The system uses micro-needling technology which creates tiny incisions in the skin. These small incisions trigger the skin to heal itself, or produce more collagen and elastin. The tiny incisions also allow your skin to absorb more of the product that you are using, rather than just let it sit on the surface and buildup. Each kit comes with step by step instructions on how often to use your Banisher and accompanying products.
All in all, as someone who has tried many different methods to even skin tone and fade discoloration and hyper-pigmentation, I would recommend that anyone seriously looking to revamp their skincare routine give this routine a shot. There is nothing like starting with a clean slate, and although my skin definitely has a long way to go, I am happy with the results I have seen and can't wait to see how Banish improves my skin longterm.
